First, I have to say a HUGE thank you to Anne and Alyssa for organizing this reunion. It was so great to see everyone. I can honestly say that everyone looked fabulous and seem to be truly happy. It was fun to retell stories and hear about new ones from the "stage antics" that will never give me the same image of the stage ever again to the missionary being picked up in Italy. You know who you are!! It was fun to see the guys that are my younger brother's age and how they have grown up and not annoying anymore (R.D). I still really liked all of you then. They have all become wonderful men. I'm not forgetting all of the cute mommies either! I loved seeing all of the "girls" and their babies and yes, all of us girls are beautiful and I think we age very nicely! =) As for everyone's children, the Sebastopol Ward alumni make the most beautful children! They all had fun together and got along so well. I know that Logan (my son) really liked Jacob (Anne's son) and could totally see them becoming good friends if we lived closer. I didn't realize that a lot of us are within a couple hours of each other, SO we need to do this a bit more often. Thanks again Anne and Alyssa. Everyone...enjoy the pictures. Alyssa took a lot and I'm sure will get them posted. No pressure Alyssa!!

Most of the Davis' are now Texans!

I think that this blog is a great idea because I've lost contact from everyone there except from Debra and  Jeni and Renee who married two of my brothers.

I'm a full-time mom now to Gracie (5), Tanner (almost 4), Caden (2 1/2), and Kyler (5 months.) My husband is Ben, a great guy, is a lawyer for the IRS.  We have been married for 6 years now. We were really excited about his recent transfer from Orange County to Houston, because we were able to move from a 1600sq ft townhouse to a 4000 sq foot home.! We are really busy moving in and painting right now.  The kids have made friends and love it here so far.  

Gracie will be starting Kindergarten this year, and Tanner and Caden will be in a rotating preschool with some of the moms from my ward here.  It's going to be nice only having Kyler at home 2 days a week.  

Most of the Davis' are Texans now.   My parents (Keith & Cheryl Davis), Heather & Richard (no kids), Jared & Jeni ( and their 3 kids), Janae & Dave (newlyweds), all live in Austin.  Megan and her husband Chris (newlyweds) recently graduated from BYU and are starting Law School this fall.  Ben just graduated from UC San Diego and is working full-time.  Mark and Renee and their 2 kids and are living in Germany for a few years..  

I think a blog is a great idea! Kudos to Kristin. I have really enjoyed getting back in touch with many of you through the Sebastopol Ward Reunion "evite." Can't wait to see you all. I live in the Natomas area of Sacramento with my husband Doug and our two boys Ben (7) and Zach (4). We have been here for almost 11 years. Doug is a lawyer for a small firm which primarily represents school districts. I get to be a stay-at-home mom, although I never dreamed what a busy job that would be. We have had many good times as well as challenging times through the years, but I guess that is what life is all about! Hope you all are well.

Alyssa (Stahl) Green

Hi all-

Just thought I'd try to see who was interested in starting an old ward friends blog. Is anybody actually still in the ward?

We live live on the peninsula, just south of SF. My husband Greg and I have been married for just about 18 years and we have three boys. Garret is 16, Logan is 11, and Ian is 7. He will be baptized in August and we are hoping for Garret to be able to perform the baptism. My family keeps me busy and I am very active in the things they do. Do I really have a choice??? I enjoy going to all of the sports games, school activities, and even teaching a teenager how to drive. Greg is a senior statistician with Genomic Health in Redwood City, which he actually starts tomorrow. For the last five years he was with Nektar Therapeutics.

My parents and brothers live in Spanish Fork, UT. They actually moved to Orem over 14 years ago but moved to Spanish Fork 3 years ago. My mom taught ballet classes in Orem at the church building for 13 years and now teaches at the Spanish Fork ward building. She can't get away from it!! Kevin has been married to Kim for 10 years and they have three girls; Sierra is 8, Cheyenne is 6, and Addy is 5 months. Cheyenne was born with a syndrome called Cri du Chat. She is physically and mentally handicapped which is a challenge for everybody involved with her but she is such a joy to have in our family. Both Kevin and Kim are great parents. Kevin has started his own drywall business. I think he does more than that but that is what he has started with. Jim, my older brother, is still single and forever will be but he is happy that way. He is a really good uncle. He's not a "baby" person but when his nieces and nephews turn around 2 years old, he's more comfortable with them. He is works for a welding company.

I hope everyone will enjoy this blog. I thought it would an easy way for all of us to keep in touch especially when we are all so busy and can't possibly keep in touch with everyone on an individual basis. I hope all has been happy for everyone!
